2. Bone Broth
Bone broth is a stock made from animal bones, tendons, skin, and other parts. This broth is a nutritious food, booming with health benefits and super easy to make! In it, you will find amino acids, collagen, gelatin, and trace minerals like calcium. If consumed regularly (and I have been known to consume it daily) the health benefits will blow your mind!
