5.   Improve posture in the car

How much time do you spend in the car commuting to work or taking the kids to and from soccer?  Put a rolled up towel between your lower back and the car seat. You’ll sit straighter and avoid hunching over, a common cause of back and neck pain.  This will also re-engage your abs which is always a good thing to do.  Focus on pulling your stomach in and this will also force you to sit up just a little bit straighter.
