1. Your Cell Phone
I am a huge offender of using my cell phone in the kitchen. Phones come in contact with so much bacteria because they are almost always with us. Add in the fact that you quickly send a text between stirring pots and chopping food during meal preparation and you have a recipe for a germy situation. I make an effort to use disinfectant wipes to clean my phone a few times a week and try to remember to wash my hands between cell phone uses in the kitchen.
