3. Be spiritual.
Different research shows that women who have a spiritual component in their lives lead much happier, more fulfilling lives than those who do not, and that can improve your physical health. But it doesn’t take a lot of research to prove this. Think about the times when you started your day with meditation, prayer or by doing something for someone else. Wasn’t that day more fulfilling? Didn’t you get more accomplished that day? Weren’t you in a better mood that day? The spiritual part of your day can be whatever you wish for it to be. If you believe in God, pray. Ask for guidance for your day and protection over your family. If you believe in angels, ask their protection over yourself and the ones you love. If you believe in positive energy, surround
yourself in positivity; meditate on empowering, positive thoughts. Even simply looking for ways you can reach out to others around you or meet a need of someone less fortunate can lift your mood and give you purpose. All of these things can serve to add value to your overall health and improve it. Spiritual health can have a direct correlation to your physical health.
