10.  Breathe Deeply

Throughout your day, make the time to take 3-4 deep belly breaths.  Close your eyes and just focus on your breathing and you'll instantly feel more relaxed.  Taking 3 slow and deep breaths helps reset your nervous system and manage stress.  I make a point to do this every time I get behind the wheel of my car.  Before I turn the key in the ignition, I stop and take a little breathing break.  You can also do this at stoplights or wherever you find yourself in a place where you can remember to do so throughout the day.
